According to Big Bang theory this quasar
should be billions of light years farther
from us than the galaxy, because its
redshift is so much higher.
And yet the galaxy is not transparent,
it is opaque. If the quasar were beyond
the galaxy it would not be visible. The
quasar must be in front of the galaxy,
not billions of light years farther away.
